WNC AAPI Mutual Aid Potluck

WNC AAPI invites you to join us for a community potluck and opportunity to learn about our organization and mutual aid in our community.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the WNC AAPI organization and our new Mutual Aid Program while sharing space with community.  We will share a brief history of WNC AAPI, followed by an overview of the Mutual Aid Program, its purpose, and methods of fundraising.

Event Itinerary

6pm-7pm: Food & snacks alongside a casual community activity.

7pm-7:45pm: An opportunity to learn more about the WNC AAPI organization and our new Mutual Aid Program.  We will share a brief history of our community, followed by an overview of the Mutual Aid Program, its purpose, and methods of fundraising.  We will also review the community activity, and share a bit more about some upcoming events in our Summer & Fall Calendar.  

7:45pm-8pm: Clean up and goodbyes!  

Pro tip - bring a clean container with you so you can take home some leftovers ;) 

What to Bring

Please bring a dish to share, and your own reusable plate, bowl, and eating utensils.  
We seek to reduce the amount of waste in our world and ask that attendees refrain from bringing single use plastics to our gatherings.  We have a small collection of community utensils to share.

Donating a spare set of silverware to our community potluck is much appreciated but not necessary!

Free parking with online registration through UNCA.
